License pricing starts at $89/ month for one Ticketech Mobile device used at an event based location. After a Ticketech representative has collected all of the pertinent information about your needs and parking environment, we'll conduct an initial project scope assessment that includes full pricing details including license and equipment.
What other equipment do I need? Do I have to buy a printer?
Purchasing additional equipment is optional, however paperless operations can be managed completely with the core system. We've found most parking environments benefit from having pre-printed tickets stocked and used with Ticketech Mobile, and some jurisdictions require physical receipts (so a printer, while not required, could be beneficial in that case). We'll conduct a detailed analysis of your parking operations and needs and share an initial project scope assessment that includes required and recommended equipment as well as network requirements to ensure your Ticketech Mobile system operates smoothly.
Do I need a data plan for Ticketech Mobile?
Ticketech Mobile can be operated via cellular data or Wi-Fi.
How do I access my parking data?
You'll be provided log-in credentials to a back-office portal that gives you access to a suite of reports and data tables. Later this year you'll be granted access to a complimentary Performance Dashboard (at no additional charge). The data is real-time and anyone with assigned privileges may view location information at their convenience. All data is stored on a cloud server and can be accessed anywhere at any time from a web browser.
